I just saw on Campakalata’s blog that she recently made guava jam. Yum. Campakalata is an amazing cook and I am sure her jam is as good as the salt crusted paneer steaks she made for me after I gave birth to my daughter, Madhumati.
Campaka and I used to both live in Hillsborough, North Carolina (she a lot longer than I). She has since lived at Govardhana in India, where she daily made butter, paneer, ghee and yogurt. Now she lives in Hawaii where she makes guava jam.
