Radharani’s Appearance Day was so wonderfully exhausting, I’ve just gotten to uploading the rest of the pictures onto my computer now.
My husband and I are so happy we’ve moved to Alachua. Our only regret is that we didn’t move here sooner. Although it seems as though we are more engrossed in material affairs (hopefully this is just part of the transition period of moving), our kids have greatly increased their sravanam kirtanam.
At school they are graced by the katha of guest speaker (and Kinnara’s grandpa) Deena Bhandu Prabhu (ummm…can I go to pre-school?). Festival days are filled with amazing kirtans and dramas and dance.
Look at the amazing birthday card Jaya Gopal Prabhu painted for Sri Radha! Jaya Gopal is a professional painter and for Radharani he decided to airbrush her beautiful form on a larger than life card. He would have liked to have done more, but he had to go to work in the afternoon. Other devotees helped finished up and everyone signed a birthday wish for Radharani.
