Cherry Sorbet


Jam making is a very, very wholesome occupation. What little waste is produced is completely edible. Here is a picture of my cherry sorbet, made from foam skimmed off the top of the Sweet & Sour Cherry Conserve pot. The pectin from the conserve acts as a wonderful all natural stabilizer, delaying the out of freezer melt a really long time.

Thankfully, my kids don’t like it. Those peasants!
